Questions

How much writing do I have to do each week?

Very little. Take a few photos, record a quick voice note and tap what moved. SiteGlance turns that into a plain-English update. You read it, change anything you like, say whether you're on track and press Publish. Nothing reaches your client until you do.

Does my client need to sign up for anything?

No. They open a link on their phone or computer. You can protect it with a PIN or, on Pro and above, ask them to confirm their email address first. To answer a request or ask a question they confirm their email once, so every answer is on the record.

I already have a plan in Excel or Microsoft Project. Can I use it?

Yes. Import an Excel or CSV file, a Microsoft Project XML file or a Primavera P6 XER file. SiteGlance sums it up into the phases and milestones your client cares about, and you check them before anything is saved. Or start from a template, or type it in.

What if I have no signal where I work?

Keep going. Once you've opened your update with signal, the SiteGlance app on your phone opens it again without any. Notes, photos, voice notes and progress are kept on your phone and sent when you're back in signal. Checking and publishing wait for signal.

What do I get for free?

One active project with the full client page: updates, photos, requests your client answers, questions and earlier updates, plus 5 AI drafts, 10 voice notes typed up and 20 photo captions a month. No card needed. Paid plans add projects, update emails to everyone who follows the project, your branding only, team members and page templates.

How much AI do I get?

Every plan has a monthly allowance, so nobody is cut off mid-week by surprise: Free 5 AI drafts, Pro 100, Team 500, Business 5,000. Rewriting one part counts as a draft. During a free trial the allowances are Pro's, whichever plan you're trying. Voice notes typed up and photo captions have their own allowances. Your account owner can see what's been used on the billing page, and you can always write an update yourself.
